Stop Motion Animation Workshops
Butch Auntie was set up by Visual Effects Artist, Pete Wallace in 2007 and Pete is now working with Flora Parrott, recent graduate from the Royal College of Art.
We run stop motion animation workshops for children, young people and adults. The workshops can be tailored to suit a broad range of ages and abilities. An enormous amount can be achieved in a day and participants and parents have been extremely impressed and suprised by the results! It is a fun and exciting process and one to which everyone involved can contribute. The activites encourage team work, creativity, imagination, visual storytelling and humor.
The workshops can be run in small spaces and can include up to 16 people per group. We provide the equipment and props but encourage the group to bring in objects and pictures to include. The possibilites are endless!
